Here is peace and quiet and heaping handfuls of magic.  Belle Haven provides a lovely sanctuary for time away, where an hour feels longer than 60 minutes and the kettle’s always on for tea. It’s my favorite place to teach Reiki and to receive new or familiar clients. It’s the house, but really it’s the land … our wisest teacher and healer.

A stroll through the grounds, or through the Labyrinth before or after a treatment, is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon or early morning. Just 25 minutes from Charlottesville, it’s still close enough to come for an hour or so before driving back into the city. Contact Jan to book a perfect date and time.

Reiki is channeled in a safe, private and nurturing atmosphere where each individual is given the time and care they deserve. The utmost concern for privacy, respect and confidentiality is exercised.

A typical Reiki healing session lasts about an hour, but time before and after is important to allow for settling in, and for questions/comments that come up so please allow two hours for your first session. Subsequent sessions will take less time, but I usually  allow  an hour and a half  for each client
